There's something I can't figure out
It's something that I can't let go.
Say it while you stare me in the eyes..
It always seems that
I'm going into something new
Same as what I always do
Change me if I let it go
Out of luck if I let it show now..
It always' got the best of me
While bringing out the worst in me
By myself again and
I don't think I like this thing that
I've become now..
So I gotta do this right now,
Because tommorw I'm not looking back
This is one of those times
Where you've got to think to make it right
Show you what I know..
Sinking into nothing and it's
Chasing me around.. now it's getting way too late
To change tonight..
Show me, how things, they may be wrong
Just keep on losing, and watch
As everything slips by
Taking a chance, making a change
For better or worse I can't let go
And I know what I want
Because what we think of ourselves inside
Is the same as what we really are
And what you see in me,
Is really what I want to be
And the same goes for me as
The same goes for you,
And the same goes.. inside.
