I just eat fruit, vegetables, nuts and nice dense whole grain breads. I used to go nuts with the junk food but it is not nearly as satisfying and you will eat 5x as much of it.
I think maybe eating a meal supplement might work to fill you up. I think I am going to try that. Its better than munching on chips and other bad foods.
Smoking something like Kanna might help. Either that or will power have been working for me recently. But I can relate to "once you pop the fun don't stop."
yea i dont think there is anything that can cure my munchies...ive smoked after eating mass amounts of food and still for some reason, once the munchies kick in there is no stopping me from eating
P.S. ghguineapig...that will not work for you considering you eat double of what i do when were blazed...and i eat alot 2...ur just inhuman lol...
i get hardcore munchies everytime i smoke and my best advice would be: drink water everytime u think about eating food: it really helps! you can also do this: don't bring money with you when u go to a shopping mall or near restaurant
i found if i eat slow and chew on it or keep it in my mouth for a while i can manage it to consume 1/10th of what i normally munch down, and still be happy.
i just drink alot of water lol or watch some tv lol.... but it is tough i mean everything sounds good lol... if i saw a guy eating jalapeno peppers i would probly want a bite lol
When I'm cutting after a cycle I use T3 and Ephedrine. No munchies no matter how much you smoke..... though made me feel like I constantly had the flue =\

I think for some people overindulging could negatively affect their health and I'm sure theres peeps who wanna keep the weight down etc
My advice would be just try to eat healthy and fight the urge to splurge on tasty, tasty junk food. Thanks to metabolism and regular exercise I don't have to worry about becomming overweight so I tend to cater for a family of four when the munchies come knockin'
Aw man, I know how you feel. I can still remember my worst munch out session where I was just stuffed and hurting but I still had food in front of me and was desperate to eat it! My stomach said "NO" but my mind and eyes said "YES."
