Harm Reduction Injectng mint infused water

I may get flamed for this, but I could care less.

There is this brand of mint infused water (ingredients: water, peppermint essence) that I think is great. It sends a cooling effect through my throat, esophagus, and into my stomach. I have wondered for some time now what it would feel like if injected. I have the feeling it would feel great, or burn like fire. Either way, my concern is adverse effects. What do you think?
