Mental Health Injection Apriprazole (Abilify)

I got sick the first 2 days of taking 10mg daily and the offered to give me the injection or reduce me to 5mg/day I told them 5mg per day. I haven’t taken one dose yet. Still stigmatized from the first 2 doses.
 
Has anyone recovered from abilify? I was given a shot last September so nine months ago and still numb. Please help
