Injecting oxycodone, advice needed please

ok so im not looking for everyone to tell me its not safe and all that cuz ive heard it before. but i would like if someone could tell me how to safely inject oxycodone (30 mg tablets). preferably someone that knows what there talking about and i would like all the information neccesary. also, i wasent sure if the brands made a diffrence M's a 215's ect.. also i would like to know how to do this with and with out a micron filter. some one please give me a good response. i would really appreciate it. i would love some advice from captain heroin on this one if you have the time it would be awesome.

First off, sterilize everything - new needle, alcohol wipe, sterile water, sterile cup, sterile new cotton/filter. Crush pill, add a small amount of cold sterile water, filter into syringe (!!! THIS IS NOT SAFE IF YOU ARE USING ANYTING BUT A MICRON FILTER !!!). Alcohol wipe, inject. Throw all the shit out. Syringe into a sharps box.

With a micron filter: Check out captain heroin's guide, use the search engine.

As I'm feeling nice (and happen to have the thread open from linking someone else up), here is the micron filtering thread by Captain Heroin. Read it, use one, sorted :)

We don't really get into brand discussion or band vs generic unless it geninely does make a difference eg the non-abusable vs abusable OCs...

just quickly changed the title to something a little more searchablle, people will be more likely to find the thread and offer advice now that they know what it is about without having to click on it. Makes a huge amount of difference to the amount of responses you will get if you start of with a good title.

nodinoff, I suggest you have a read of the thread I linked and also a general browse of the Other Drugs forum to get a general idea of the safety of shooting pills etc..
 
take off coating (licking, scratching) crush into fine powder, dump powder into cap/soon, trick is (ICE COLD WATER) its called "ice shaking" , dissolves better, versses popular belief of heat, which i feel makes it more thick of liquid, use cottton, suck into syringe...thats the old fashioned dope fiend way of shooting OC's....micron filters dont exist arond my way...cigarette filers and cotton swabs for ears is what we use, may not be the safest,

No dude, it's not the safest, and if you know it isn't why would you bring up that you've always done it that way to a new user? That's saying to him, look, i'm fine, i just used cottons forever. No one will have any negative pulmonary effects from shooting w/o a micron for another 20 years.
 
im just saying, majority of people who are IVing pills, arent brought to school and taught to buy micron filters, easiest way done, and learned, and will be seen by others is cottons, regular cottons..
 
I totally understand that, but you have a chance to change that and give good advice instead of perpetuating harmful information... and you choose the latter.

Bluelight is above that... all the members are truly intelligent, so I know you know better.
 
thats my best advice i know of, i cant sit here and tell someone how to do something if i never experienced it 1st hand, i dont throw out info by word of mouth, so thats my method safest i know of. never tried microns, not familiar with it. however i filter about 8 times thru cottons just to be safer
 
Multiple filtrations with cotton is better than nothing, and of course you're not just going to sit on those pills while the filters come in the mail. The sterilization advice is good too, cuz you want to make damn sure you're not risking infection, and that's difficult when youre spending time crushing the pills with all types of foreign objects, a clean mortar and pestle would probably work better than a dollar bill and a lighter cuz at least you can wash those off beforehand. And make absolutely sure that you're in, because missing a pill shot would have some potentially dreadful consequences.
