I had just acquired a 10mg methadone pill, and have a huge fetish with needles what I want to know is if it's possible to inject one of these bad boys, If it's possible do I cold shake or cook?

No, if you cold shake you will most likely end up in the hospital. Only Knoll Dilaudids (among Western manufactured tablets) can be prepared that way. As for cooking, it depends on the composition but I'm not aware of any form of meyhdone that needs to be cooked. Injecting ANY tablet is highly dangerous but with methadone it is also stupid. The substance (aside from injectable ampoules) has an almost perfect oral bioavailability. Couple that with the lack of rush and there is no reason to inject it, ever. If it is for a fetish, eat the tablet, load your syringe with sterile water and play with tour arm, but be intelligent, don't inject oral medications.
