Injecting bube - health dangers

I've been injecting suboxone for the most of the past 3 years. I am prescribed it and I am trying to stop. This sounds stupid but after about a year on suboxone I was off of it for a month and then got put back on it. Ever since then, I feel sick from it a lot. And it's getting worse. I get really really hot alll the time. And i sweat insanely. And its severe. Even walking for five minutes in 30 degree weather, the second I go inside, its worse. This sounds not true but its usually not as bad if I inject it. Either way its ruining my life, I can't work or excercise and I hate leaving my house. I am trying to get off of it but its just really hard, my dopamine system and who knows what else in my brain is shot. Anyway none of this is really the point (although if anyone has any idea why it causes my such severe discomfort with overheating I would be happy to know). Really my question is what is happening to my veins when I inject it. I know when I use to infject other substances, my veins lasted much longer. I am scared out of my mind that I'm blocking or killing important veins in my brain, heart, and lungs. I know I've damaged most of my veins with where I shoot it but I am just really afraid about what's going on and if it will ever reverse or get better or if I'm really fucking myself over a rediculus amount. Any information anyone has is appreciated. And I really do know that what I'm doing is dumb. I'm working on stopping. I definitely don't need to be attacked about it because I already do that to myself. Thanks.
