Injecting a powdered peptide

Hello, I have recently purchased a peptide from a reliable chinese supplier. It came in powder form, so I have to mix it myself.
I dont know if they handled the packaging proces sterile.
I purchased it with someone else, he took it out of the original bag , and weighed a gram for himself and for me. again I dont know if he handled it sterile.

It took about 3 weeks before it arrived at my home from China. Now it is sitting in a ziplock bag for more then 2 weeks in my fridge

There is way of sterilizing the peptide, but it is a suspension, not a solution. So I can not sterilize it with a syringe filter. I have already tried that. There are is a other way to sterilize it, called tyndallization but id rather not go that route, cause it takes very much time and dont have the equipment.

So there fore my questions.

The bacterias may have died already after all those weeks, cause it was not in human contact, is that right?

Would it be safe to inject it? Even though it might be not sterile?

And what could be the consequense for my health?

Sorry for double posting, but I didnt know in which section i had to post.

Bacteria can grow on protiens quite fine if there's moisture around. It's not safe to inject anything that has been handled in open air without at least micron filtering it first.

Well I cant filter it. Can you tell me what is the worst case scenario on my health when I dont sterilize the powder before injecting?
Or either; what will most likely happen in regards with my health?

Are you really going to inject a suspension? Injecting particles is frowned upon. will they clog up the need and are you sure they will dissolve in your blood??

Why dont you filter out your peptide and dissolve it in a suitable solvent (one that you can IV). What is it anyway?

It is glyx-13 you can google it. Yes im gonna inject it through subQ.
At tocris bioscience they said it is soluble in 2mg/ml water. Dosages are around 2-5 mg/kg. So injecting it with water is far from ideal
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/new-class-of-drugs-could-offer-depression-breakthrough/ at 1:35 you can see that they managed to get it dissolve @ 60mg/ml. But which solvent they used, I dont know.

Any ideas to increase solubility?
