Benzos Infrequent Diazepam use and withdrawel effects?

Hey

So if i took diazepam on an infrequent basis
Say in 4 times in a month i took 20mg each time
Will i get withdrawel?
Anxiety? Panic attacks?

Any risk of seizures fro not taking any from now on

Most likely no, but depending on what you use it for, it may be difficult to use it only 4x a month. Benzos are, in my opinion, the worst thing to be addicted to because of the withdrawals, so i would advise sticking to a very strict regimen so that you dont end up in a bad position.

Its for Panic attacks and anxiety

You may get rebound symptoms the next day, like anxiety, insomnia etc.
