Info on pale blue caps - adelaide area?

Clear cap, very pale blue powder.
Don't usually trust caps, but there seems to be a few ok ones around lately?
Anyone had any recently?

i'm not too sure, but yeah, these are floating around adelaide at the moment and from what ive heard they are good...but i dont know anyone close to me who has taken or tested one...
guess the only real way to tell is to get one and test it....
