I haven't tried Vyvanse (or Adderall, for that matter), but since it's a prodrug for dex(tro)amphetamine, I would say the ranking should go Dexedrine > Vyvanse > Adderall. Not that it should make much of a difference between the two dextros, unless you're gonna snort (or God forbid otherwise administer) your pills, but Vyvanse takes a little longer to come on. That shouldn't be an issue, though, since amphetamine orally doesn't have any "rush" to speak of (unless you bomb a gram and wait to see what happens), and the effects are very smooth anyway.
Street amphetamine is usually a racemic mixture (ie. dextro- and levoamphetamine, both isomers), in addition to all the shit it is cut with, but deducing from this and from reading both studies and people's reports it would seem that levoamphetamine is responsible for the more "cracky", jitter-y, cartoon-characteresque speedy effects, and dexamphetamine for the pure psychomotoric stimulation, appetite suppression and alertness.
The racemic mixture, as in Adderall, is not sold in Europe as ADHD medication - only dextroamphetamine - and from my experiences it would seem that this is a very good idea. I find the racemic mixture more recreational, as though all the crackhead symptoms aren't desirable, dexamphetamine on its own (when not combined with anything) really just makes me feel alert, not tired, not hungry, and willing to study/work/clean the house.
As pharmaceuticals, I only have experience with Dexedrine.
The primary effects last around 4-6 hours, maybe 8 with larger dosages. At least where I come from they come in 5mg pills. A common recreational dose for me would be 15-40mg (although I would rarely, if ever, take only dexamphetamine recreationally, as I just hinted at earlier). My ex-girlfriend - who was tiny - would feel great from 5-10mg. It's a subtle drug, and I personally find that past a certain sweet spot the unpleasant side effects increase exponentially while the pleasant effects plateau and hardly increase at all.
