info about spice in oregon

Can it be shipped there? The legql status basically states that all synthetic cannabinoids are banned in oregon. Not completely illegal, just banned.
I wanna buy some of this stuff in bulk and wanna make sure its not intercepted by some stupid bs. Any info helps
