Indie, Folk, Post Rock, experimental. suggestions for more similar good music for E?

people LOVE techno, dubstep, dnb, electronica, etc while rolling, granted most people like to roll at clubs/raves which is awesome (from time to time IMO). i like it too, (almost) anything is great while rolling. im more of a calm roller i guess. i like to roll alone. watch (good) movies. watch real human emotion. analyzing the fuck out of shit. i feel like at raves the experience is really fun and awesome, but i like to have more spiritual rolls. rolls where i learn so much and gain from them. out of topic here, i know. point is, AM I THE ONLY ONE who listens to indie folk etc while rolling? Animal Collective, Panda Bear, Fleet Foxes, Sufjan Stevens, Iron & Wine, This Will Destroy You, the list goes on. who else likes similar stuff? and any suggestions for more of this goodness? thanks (8

First, excuse me for my bad English, I'm giving the best I can
I'm glad i ran on this thread, i see how many people (almost everyone) likes electronic music while on E and noone mentions any other genres. I feel more comfortable while listening to "normal" than while listening to "party" music. This weekend i took E for the first time, at my place with 3 friends, and we were just chilling, talking, listening to music and i wasn't even feeling like dancing or going wild or anything like that. Through the whole night the playlist was something like this: Jefferson Airplane, The White Stripes, Placebo, Pixies, Jimi Hendrix, Shocking Blue, Velvet Underground, The Doors etc.. I know it's not quite what you wanted but it's good music and i suppose you know it already :D I was wondering too why is that so hard for some people to understand that we had a great time even though we didn't go out partying or anything.
I didn't have big expectations of E but it did exceed them, and i doubt that i'll go out in a club next time i'll be doin it, i really like it this way, it's more comfy
