Opioids Increasing the effect of oxy

here is my ritual:
Don't eat all Friday
1.5 Hrs before dose, 400mL Ruby Red Grapefruit Jucie
40 mins before i take 100mg benadryl with 1g calcium carbonate and 25mg hydroxozine
Then, with 20 mg oxy i take 100mg amitryptiline and 1g panadol
any other tips to make it even better

In my opinion bro, you're thinking way too much into this man. Oxy has an awesome bio avail(like 90%) while doing all those things might pontentiate it to an extent, you're gonna feel just as good popping it on an empty stomach. Id say dont eat for a few hours, drink some grapefruit juice a halfhour before hand you pop your dose and you'll be good to go.
