She saw a movie once, it had her story
Had a hard time believing it at first
Yet all the horror and all the gory
Details reminded her of her past
She saw a girl; chased often, almost beaten
She did not understand the 'why's
The only thing she knew was "Never be forgotten
Those scars" accross the ends of both her brows
All the psychiatrists and all the doctors
Deemed the young girl 'demented damaged goods'
They saw a killer, serial, in her forcasted future
They saw her hiding bodies in the woods
Her friends in her new life as an adult
Saw her as nothing but a human being the most
She practiced no religion, nor a cult
Yet she was loyal to her friends at any cost
So what went wrong, where did we lose her?
What did we ... what did they say?
Something sent her, her life over the deep end
She threatened others, but then took herself
We mourn her now, we'll mourn her always
Such is our nature and our trend(s)
We mourn her, yet in memory continue onward
In search of more "true, loyal, damaged" friends
