improper way to snort ?

I've been snorting oxycodone HCL the past couple of days and at first I would rail them and get a drip and I'd feel the effects... but today when I snorted them I didn't get a drip and there was a bunch of it stuck in my nose... my question is.. is there a wrong way to snort ? i could've sworn it was an easy process
maybe cuz I had a little bit of a stuffy nose but I switched nostrils and still nothing

Nahh, Im pretty sure its just the stuffy nose. Also, if you dont rail it deep enough it sticks to your nasal lining
Try it again when your stuffy nose goes away

Try rinsing your nose out with some saline solution (squeeze some eyedrop solution in while tilting your head back) and pop some decongestants (like pseudoephedrine). Also, make sure you stay well hydrated by drinking enough water (8-10 glasses a day).

You can do the "healthy" thing where you stay hydrated, but personally I like to do about as much damage to my body as I possibly can, so I don't eat or drink but I go throguh a bottle of Afrin every week (now without it I cant breathe, even if I'm not snorting, to get off of the Afrin I need to use a steroid nasal spray) .. anyway, it's good shit, in a matter of minutes you can go from not being able to use your nose to being TOTALLY CLEAR! I find it's without any of the bullshit side effects you have to contend with when taking ephedrine or p-fed .. try picking your nose too, or if need be have a younger brother or sister do it (little fingers for a much better job!) ..

I find snorting a tiny bit of tequila clears the nose better than anything known to man. Don't even ask why we first started snorting tequila.

when we trying to conserve we always blow our noses pre snort and after if they feel dry maybe take a towel or clean sock hold it to a water bottle to absorb a lil liquid and gently snort a lil moisture into yer nose off the towel. or do wet lines. um.. maybe i'm dumb -just how i do it.

Next time clean your nose out with warm water & q-tips. Spray a bunch of afrin nasal mist up there, then blow all that snot & shit out of your nose. Your only problem was a cloged up schnoz...

this reminded me of something someone showed me recently... snorting things in piles or squares rather than lines, as you can insuffulate a much larger quantity in a shorter time span... really neat if you ask me.

thinctwo: That just means you aren't making your lines fat enough. If they are as wide as you can suck up on one pass then the fastest way to snort them will be to move your tube in a line over your surface not move it back and forth over a square.
