Harm Reduction Improper heroin distributed in Houston

This is a notification that there is some improperly made heroin being distributed throughout houston. Not improper in the sense that it is low quality, although that does appear to be one effect, it appears to have been made improperly because the rock melts down then does not dissolve it stays in a thin. gummy, film like state that will separate then rejoin ad infinitum, never dissolving.

To me it seems like the correct procedure was not taken when the product was being made thus botching it somewhat and obviously they're still going to sell it, I just wanted to pass this on.

Mods I thought this thread was respectful of the rules and productive as a potential HR tool. Please move/delete as you see fit.

What i think is, more likely its just shitty dope with a lot of cut. And the cut isnt water soluble. Something an inexperienced dealer or middleman would try an push.

I think any heroin distribution may be considered improper heroin distribution. I like heroin though. It's a nice drug.
