Important - help me with liver damage question

I did my best to do a cwe of codeine from acetominophen. The pills were 30mg codeine with 300 mg acet. I extracted 10 pills using boiled, slightly cooled water, fridge cooling for about an hour, I could then see crystals and some undissolved white mush at the bottom of the cup. I filtered this through 2 coffee filters and drank. About an hour later I found the effects extremely subtle so I took 2 extra pills as is, without performing cwe. At some point I began experiencing itching all over my body. I knew that there was a risk of liver damage and that's why I performed cwe, and I didn't expect 600 mg of acet in pills I didn't filter to be able to do damage. However, the persistent itching signified to me that obviously the liver was impaired. So I checked online and so that I should have a liver function test done and prescriped the antidote, Mucomyst. I went to the ER, and lacking foresight I told them I took some tylenols (since one variety contains 325 mg of acet) for a headache and had itching all over. Hoewver I've been suppressing it all the way, so that when I got there I couldn't feel as though I was itching, so they thought the itching stopped. I told them I wanted a liver function test done, but I wasn't extremely persistent, I was kind of nervous. So they just thought it was just some allergic reaction and gave me a benadryl. I didn't want to explicitly mention acetominophen so they didn't think of it and probably thought I took regular dosage of regular tylenol. But when I started walking home the itching resumed just as bad. Of course I'd like to get the presciption. So now I need to go to my regular doctor, of course his office is closed right now. I don't want my liver to degrade! Please help. I could go to anothe er in another hospital, but can I tell them explcitly that I took like 10 pills (not 12, because filter should've filtered at least some) and that I need to have my liver checked? I don't want them to have me put on suicide watch or something.
 
Your itching is caused by taking codeine. Its normal to get itchy when you take opiates. Apparently taking antihistamines helps. I don't mind the itches though.

Provided your cwe was at least semi efficient, then you should be fine, without liver damage, to speak of.
 
Codeine always gives me pretty bad itches. In the future you should really research the drugs you are planning on taking.
 
Codeine causes the itch in most people. It's a histamine reaction. Next time try some benedryl or something... you should like me with my anxiety. While excessive itching it a sign of liver failure I believe yours was from opiates. I once fucked up a CWE on vicodin 5/500s that royally fucked my shit up. It was too late I drank the shit.. I lived.. but the pain I was in my gut was wretched.

Moral of the story.. you will be fine. Also find the CWE mega thread and find a better method. Since I fucked up with coffee filters I won't be using them again.
