i find that when people who aren't too familiar with cannabis, and have "a bad one", their breathing patterns seem to be off..i'm curious..is abnormal breathing common when somebody takes a relatively strong dose of thc, resulting in anxiety attacks , etc..?? basically i'm wondering if the psychedelic properties of weed will basically make you get insightful to the point where one's breathing patterns alter, leading to panic attacks and so on..?? i know this is a really stupid subject, but i'm coming to a slight theory that regular breathing patterns is important for a beginner , and perhaps meditating for a first experieince on weed would be optimal to an average "get high" session..
