Cocaine im starting the Acetone wash

right now i have this non bleached coffee filter, i know in the megathread it said medium to high flow filter pappers, so does my non bleached Tetly coffee filter meet the standards? is this going to be okay wile performing the acetone wash??:!

Edit: I have now completed the acetone was, i followed le junks latest method, exept here are the substitutions i made

50 ml beaker i exchanged for shot glass(turned out to be to small and i dont recommend it.)

100ml beaker i xchanged for drinking glass (worked just fine)

medium to high flow filter i exchanged for non bleached coffee filter (worked very well)

and when le junk described putting it under a heat lamp i put it under light (on my bunk bed) which generates heat approximately 10 inches away from the light (primarily used to light my room)

and for stirring rod, i used the knife.

i found that the glasses, and knife i used (instead of the more recommended scientific crap) left to much coke residue.

The lamp is what im kinda concerned about, i finished an hour ago and i have got another 23 hours left to go (at least) until i have to dry it out even more.

are the methods i implemented going to get me into trouble

Bro, science is inexact. You'll find that deviating from the script a little bit isn't going to hurt anything too much, and next time you do it you'll know what to expect and get better at it. I wouldn't worry. I'm more interested in how the final product feels. AS i might try this myself if I ever get my hands on some cocaine one day.
 
need some support.

i purified some cocaine, but im to scared to do it, having washed it with acetone, i know acetone is poisonous. i do not wanting to snort osmehitng that just had a poisonus substance on it.

am i going to be okay snorting this stuff, should i give it and extra coupkle days to evaporate any of that toxic chemicals in it?

The process of extracting cocaine from coca leaves includes exposing the leaves to "poisonous substances" in the first place; if the acetone has fully evaporated, you will be fine.

You're okay with snorting cocaine.... yet you're scared of trace amounts of acetone?

As long as it doesn't smell like acetone you're in the clear.

Cocaine is way more toxic than acetone ;-)

i know that sounded stupid before i ever posted it, however i fear the unknown, and i knwo tons of poeple are okay after they snort cocaine, however iv never hyeard about someone who has inhaled acetone into thier synuses and lived to tell, or even tried it in the first place, im just trying to be sure

i know, it has been exposed, but i dont hgave lost of experience and iduno maybee i did something wrong during the process? how can i be sure alll of the acetone has evaporated?
 
If your worried give it more time to dry. It will no longer smell of acetone whens it's gone.

As long as your coke is dry, you can rest assured that there is no acetone remaining. Acetone is EXTREMELY volatile (meaning that it evaporates very quickly even at room temperature). Try spilling some acetone on a table or plate and watch how quickly it evaporates. So if your coke is still moist, then obviously all the acetone has not yet evaporated and you need to let it sit some more. But if its dry, then the acetone has evaporated.

It seems like you are worried about whether, despite the coke being dry, the acetone may hafe "left behind" some residue or harmful chemicals on your coke.
Remember that acetone is a pure substance (its not a liquid solution containing a solvent and solute), it is pure in the same way that water is pure.
Once it has evaporated, its completely gone, it does not leave anything behind.

So relax, its fine. Just be sure to snort a much smaller line then you normally would because now you are dealing with an almost pure product, and thus you will need far less then you normally would.

By the way- for next time you perform this process, its a good idea to weigh the coke before you purify it, and then weigh it afterwards. That way you get a real good idea about how pure your starting material was. If you started with 20 grams, and are left with 10 grams after purifying, that means you started with coke of 50% purity. -DG

i definitely would like to hear how this turns out. did u save a small line of the stuff you bought so that you could compare how different it was by any chance?

I didn't, but I have done that stuff so many times i know how it felt.

Here's what I concluded : crushes up to fluffy powder very esaly. not to dry, not to wet. sometimes can be hard to get a straight line (that is it clumps together a lot) when i sniff it it burns a bit for a few seconds, then it feels nice, its a chilled out, alert, relaxed high. not very intense, i imagine it would be if i consumed a good amount but i only did a couple lines. oh and i cant feel my face. :)

and just curious, do most of the people who shoot coke purify their coke before they shoot it? or do they shoot it as is with the cuts most of the time?

id say it is a lot better, because all of the negative effects cocaine had on me in its adulterated form are not noticeable in its pure form. But not because its this insane, intense, mind altering experience i usualy enjoy from drugs.

i thin the whole reason i like cocaine so much is because : i love to snort : love the rush i get from da blo : the engery and ablility to do thigs otherwise i would be unable to do.

i relate it to weed kinda,

Edit : i dont shoot up the cocaine, but if i had to take a guess, my guess would be that the majority of poeple who shoot do not purify the cocaine everytime, because : it takes a wile : they r fiends and cant help themselves and need the high right away.
