Obviously its probably not ideal to take any drug or alcohol whilst on anti-biotics would it be okay to take mephedrone? I would mix it with a drink as I'm take the anti-biotics for sinisitis thus no snorting.
I'd rather drink alcohol this evening as we will be out in a bar but obviously on anti-bioitics you cant drink!

In the spirit of harm reduction, you are best off waiting until the anti-biotics have run their course, and your ailment has gotten better. Chances are you would be fine, but since your body is already working over time to fight off an infection or whatever, you are putting yourself at greater risk for further health complications. Especially since mephedrone is a fairly new substance, and not a whole lot of research has been done on it compared to many of your classic substances.

One other thing, I'm finding it really hard to sleep at the moment due to various pressures. It would be fine to take valium with antibiotics? I've never had it before would one pill be enough>??

Yeah a valium or two shouldn't cause problems. I have been prescribed benzos and anti-biotics at the same time before. If you have no tolerance just take 5-10 mg to start and that should relax you quite nicely.

I've had a cold and will definitely not be taking Mephedrone until I feel significantly better. Release of Serotonin will inhibit your immune system making your body less able to fight off infection. I do not recommend this.

It's very likely that mephedrone will mess with your immune system. It's a stimulant so you'll eat less, sleep less and be more worn down. Since you are taking an antibiotic for a bacterial infection you need the best possible functioning immune system.

Even if there aren't any direct interactions I wouldn't take it until the infection is cleared up and then some time has passed. Since you might feel totally ok before the bacteria is cleared up I'd wait a while before taking something that will likely compromise your immune system in some way. I just wouldn't risk it. Even once you finish the antibiotic your body might still be fighting the bacteria and it needs all the help and strength it can get. So sleep well, eat well and take care of yourself and don't do anything that might worsen your immune system.

thanks for your advice guys.

i went out to the bar and was asked to dj at an after party shortly after i felt awful, just really tired and fatigued, generally not well before taking a load of caffeine. so i'm now sat at home having missed a pretty good opportunity to dj to a fair few respected people, naturally i'm gutted.

i guess theres no point in trying to kid myself, i'm not well and i guess it would have been stupid going to the after party. its just annoying 'cause i'm not actually able to sleep now. tempted to take the valium but theres nobody at home just in case..

ahhh im depressed!
