Greenlighter is what you are before you become a bluelighter, I believe! You have to make 50 posts before you can become a bluelighter, and that is also when you receive either more or the rest (not sure if you can receive any more after you've become a bluelighter) of your privileges on this site. Like you cannot send/receive private messages until you are a bluelighter, upload pictures to your posts, and much more.

Once you have reached 50 posts you will be able to produce blogs, have a bigger E-mail (PM) box, around 100 messages.
