IM Morphine, little effect?

The other night I bought a 10mg/ml 1cc morphine vial. Because the only syringe I had at the time was one of those allergy syringes I had to shoot it into my bicep. I've taken morphine before and had a pretty good time with it but this time I hardly felt anything. Im assuming 10mg IM would be a pretty good dose for someone with a moderate tolerance (I use OCs maybe twice a week). Would there be any other reason it hardly did anything to me? Is morphine just not that effective when IM'ed?

You just need more than 10mgs.
And don't bother IMing opiates. It's a waste. You might as well just take them orally.

i soaked some bud in morphine and had a really nice buzz from that even though all i got from here was people telling me to bang it LOL...pe@ce
