I'm having trouble smoking resin out of my bong..

Okay, so a few days ago, my boyfriend rolled some resin from our bong into a ball and we smoked it. But then, when I tried to do this, the resin just melted in the bowl and cashed through. I didn't even get one hit, and the ball of resin was the same size both times. I tried again, and the same thing happened. Anyone know why this keeps happening?

Try putting a layer of bud beneath it to catch the melting resin.

You can just let the burned ashes from another bowl remain in there and put the resin on top. =)

Having a screen helps.

Either flick the ash from a cigarette into the bowl to act as a "Screen". You can also put a small amount of bud/tobacco at the bottom of the bowel and smoke that way, I advise if you use tobacco use a small amount and take the first two hits resl easy so you don't choke yourself on the bac,
