Hey everybody. I'm the guy who spilled his guts about my history and was on two or three bags of dope(sniffed) per day for months, and was using percs to taper. I instantly started using again and rather than lie or bore the bluelight crew with my troubles, I simply vanished.

Well, by no choice of my own, I'm clean. My dealer lost interest in me. Too small time for him. I WILL NOT go on the street to score(arrested three times)so I require a delivery service. Finding another is almost impossible and I'm not really trying. Almost a month and I feel fantastic. Energy, creative thought process coming back, interest in woman.

Check it out. Although, unbelievably, none of my friends caught my pinned pupils, I noticed how much warmer they were to me the second I got clean. I think pinned pupils make people nervous even if they can't identify them. Something shifted though because everyone is friendlier. This is good!!

Awesome man :) <3 I hope to join you soon, tapering down bupe (1mg/day) and tapering down diazepam (10mg a day; down from roughly 300-400mg/day three years ago). Like you, I'm finally starting to get my libido back (falling in love with every pretty girl I see!!) and really making things work with Miss Willow, my beloved who I fall in love with every moment of every day...<3

Being clean- or, in my case, actually being able to see an endpoint on the horizon- is so liberating.

I'm hoping that the good feelings keep coming far longer than a month and you manage to stay clean as it sounds as if your life has improved so much since quitting, which is excellent :) all the best!!
 
Yes!!! This is cool. Everyone responded so fast. Thank you. I'm well aware staying clean is the hard part, but judging by how noticeable the positive changes have been, I think I'll try this out for awhile. Oh, and bless really good pot. It got me through and continues to provide the electric circus of the mind that I require. Thank you everyone.
 
Congrats!! ..... I gotta admit my taper down on oxy is proving to be a lot more difficulty than I was yapping about , .... 20mg every 3 months seems do-able....

but now since it i still Winter here and - 20 in Toronto there is no way I could reduce my dose, the cold temps are harsh.
 
How do you guys lose the sexual feeling towards women. When under the influence, im hornier than ever.

Chro. it's not over yet man, congrats on 30 days man, takes a lot to put down dope for any period of time.

i don't know if your working a program or not (AA,CA,NA,MA,GA etc.) but what ever kept you clean for those thirty days, just roll with it man.
You don't have to do it alone man. so never think your alone in addiction.

This is also how I am. However, everyone is unique. If you are on heroin often enough, heroin suppresses the endogenous testosterone production/levels. This is especially true for methadone as well, though buprenorphine does not have nearly any effect to this kind, if at all.
 
congrats brother , keep it up it just gets easier !!!!!!! thats good shit to hear man !!!! , and congrats on a taper because at the end of my run i was quite positive weening was a myth after all my failed attempts .....

Hey all. Still clean. It feels so good to not be lying about it. Like I said before, excellent pot is helping immensely. Woman are laughing and talking to me who never gave me a second look. Please someone elaborate on what I brought up before. The eerie look one has with pinned pupils. Even though a user might not be discovered, a distance is established when on dope which causes people to only get so close. With big, sexy pupils in a dark bar, my friends are so much warmer.

In reply to the person who doubted tapers. They work. In fact, I was amazed how effective a small chip of a Perc could hold off the horrors. The body does not require as much as you would think.

In reply to the people talking about sex drive. Yes, the two of you are unique because when I'm on dope, trying to find my penis is like searching for a button in a mink coat.
