Nolys is back, after a shit and I mean a shit storm of personal issues I'm back on the gear train or will be in the coming weeks. Those of you who don't remember me - so fuck.

Anyway I'm starting from baseline have not too bad of a build going atm, it's by no means good whatsoever I havnt trained in months, but I am extremely familiar with anabolic and my cycle proposal is.......

1-4 30mg dbol
4-6 50mg dbol
1-12 400mg test t400 blend 200mg e 200mg d
1 - 12 600mg deca
10-14 30mg superdrol
14-20 525mg test p
14-20 525mg tren a
12-20 200mg deca

I keep deca high and test low because I respond well, and have a rotor cuff problem which this helps with.
Reason for the bridge between weeks 12-14 are that I will still have residual test in my system before hitting the short esters.

It's a bulk,
Then cut/lean bulk
Then well... Tren (which doesn't need any other explanation because it's just the dogs balls)

Quite experienced with all compounds, longgggg time since I've trained and I'm serious about getting back to the real me, who I was before.

Is there any reason youre using all of that? Especially if youre starting from baseline like you said?
Because experienced with compounds is no reason to be using all of that, you can accomplish plenty with a lot less
 
I'd cut the dose in half honestly. If you're truly at baseline and essentially been clean off gear you should get a noobie response to gear again. Save money, save on scar tissue from oil volume, and can run it longer or save leftover gear for future use. That's my take on it as long as your gear is good
 
Gear is good shit, reason for so much is I'm fed up with being a small bastard... I know exactly what results the first 10 weeks will give they will pack a shit lot of weight onto me, the superdrol will lean me out and get the lean mass on me. I'm actually looking at it like 2 cycles without a break basically, the second cycle starting at 14 weeks with the tren. The first 14 is just me getting back to me, and I won't be cycling it will be blast and cruise

Hi nolys, and welcome back... You've not stated what you intend doing post cycle, will you taper off, PCT, or cruise for a while before blasting again..?

If it was me personally I'd stick with test 400 / deca 600 1-12... then test 525 / tren-A 525 14-20.... then a couple of weeks at 100mg/week test only, either PCT or just taper off...

I wouldn't run deca up to week 20 because of its suppressive nature due to active metabolites being in your system for many months after cessation, effecting recovery... I don't believe it aids rotator cuff injuries, warm ups might be best employed instead...

I've never been a fan of orals when you have injectables, I appreciate you will achieve mass, but when you come off after 4-6 weeks it can be kinda depressing, losing some of it...

I have no personal knowledge of superdrol, so won't comment...

If you are predisposed to shoulder injury, take it steady, warm up your rotator cuffs properly prior to commencing each training session, and don't go too heavy too soon...

Won't be cycling gf mate, the thing with oral you mention I *personally* do not agree with, I will actually hold this viewpoint towards others but in my experiences with dianabol, as long as I have test in the background I actually lose absolutely none of the gains, last time I stopped dbol and my weight actually shot up again strangely.
You would skip the superdrol stage? What's your reasons for this it was the one thing about my cycle I was actually looking for actual input on, I'm pretty set in stone about the test deca dbol, and the testotren, but the 4 week oral in the middle I'm unsure of.
As I've said I will be cruising as I don't believe in pct unless I'm coming off for a specific reason ect rotor cuff injuries that I've had plenty of so would your point on deca still be applicable here if I will be running 1-200mg of test for about 8 weeks then blasting again?
Again though I fucking love dbol, my favourite compound, I never lose gains from dbol, I can easily gain 25lbs in my first 4-5 weeks from dbol alone.

I normally take your points as fact, but with the deca can you give me a reason as to why it will not aid healing?

Sup reefer? Nah things are going pretty shite for me atm lol, trying to sort myself out here though back to the gym and starting a new job with a 4k a year pay rise for a bank, so things are looking up

Oh.. I mean yes.. that was my curve ball I just threw to see if you were paying attention. Gotta do it to those fast food service workers sometimes when I ask for the "extra" medium foundation drink.
