Im freaking out

For the past 3-4 weeks ive been awake for 4 days on end, over and over. all I do during my days is sit in my room and eat a vyvanse when ever I get sleepy. When ever I drive to the gas station or go outside, I feel sympathy for everything and i break into tears. i sleep for about 3 every 4 days. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your medicine is playing with your emotions. Have you considered switching?

Adderall addicts use vyvanse to taper themselves off sometimes. Perhaps you could just lower your dose gradually as well?
