Stimulants Im feeling SO fatigued is it from addys or benzo PLZ HELP

Hello I mentioned in another thread that I went on about a 6 day adderall 10mg IRs for a week, doing about 60mg 2 days, then anywhere from 80-140 mg with barely any sleep all week because of work so early.

I was tired every morning but wasnt until 4 days ago the morning I ran out of addys it hit BAD I was so awfully fatigued, skin felt weird, sick, all symptoms of adderall comedown and withdraw.

So its been about 4 days and I have been using xanax to sleep the next day, and take .5 in the morning last 2 days, as I have still been feeling jittery, heart racing randomly, very unconfortably fatigued, ect

Well since the last 2 days I have gotten an amazing amount of sleep with benzos t night, both 13 hours and 12 hours each night, way above my normal sleep rate.

My question is, even with 12 hours last night, I still feel SO fatigued. But Im not sure is it from the adderall withdraw or the xanax??

The LAST thing I want, is so develop a benzo withdraw...I just want to get rid of the amphetamine withdraw and I find xanax helps. I have not exceeded 1.5, because xanax seems to hit me quite hard. I find in the day time I makes the depression go away, and is a much more confortable melo feeling. At night the remaining 1 mg makes me sleep like a baby.

Am I still fatigued with the benzos, or still from the adderall binge week? Im feeling quite out of it. Even good weed doesnt seem to help much as I smoked some good stuff 20 min ago. A 0.5 dose of xanax would really help me feel more confortable, can I take it without withdrawls, even though i been taking 1.5 for 5 days now? I only have 2.5 left and after that Im done, im just taking it for this occasion.

Sorry for the long question but please help, im really not feelin that great No more addy binges for me.

You probably haven't slept very well, nor eaten a whole lot either. For one, sleeping on most benzodiazepines probably feels really good but isn't as good for your brain since it interrupts REM sleep. Triazolam wears off quickly enough to avoid interrupting REM sleep, and temazepam doesn't do so at all.

The difference with alprazolam is that it it's predictable to wake up a little groggy/tired still, which I didn't like at all. Taking temazepam (in contrast) makes me feel very refreshed.

That's the primary problem. Coming off of drugs only complicates things.

Try to get some rest/relaxation for now. Save the alprazolam for later.

I took .5 because ive found out that im still taking a VERY low dose, as xanax really seems to hit me hard at low dosage...the only drug that has ever done so.

I only got about 7 hours of sleep within that 5-6 days of addy binging so tonight I plan on just sleeping regularly, but taking 0.5 xanax just to help with the depression, as its pretty bad. Im not messing with amps for a while, I hate the depression that follows.

0.5mg isn't a whole lot so you should be OK taking that much, but I would take it during the day.

I would avoid taking it right before you go to sleep though.

If you are taking amphetamines and not eating I suggest you get some Ensure or some of those protein shakes at your local pharmacy. A liquid meal substitute can do wonders.
