Alright, I recently got myself a job as a pharmacy tech at the local CVS. It's a very large pharmacy that serves the majority of my area. Ok, this goes out to all those who've had and abused this job. After I work here for a while and am trusted how do I go about snaging this or that? Any info and tips greatly appreciated! I'm also fairly positive that the store I work at has NO cameras since I've been in the security office and I saw no screens or monitors. Also I can't find any cameras on the ceiling be them hidden or not...I just wanna go about this the best way possible. I know some of you have successfully stole from the pharmacy you work(ed) at!

While I know people that have done this I sure as hell wouldn't. If you try taking anything nice (read: CII) you'll get busted pretty quick (if they aren't locked up that is). You might get away with stealing a few benzos or something but they're going to catch up with you eventually. I'd probably risk just breaking into and robbing some small pharmacy blind before I tried stealing a few good meds while working at CVS. There's a reason why every pill fiend in the world isn't working in a pharmacy or cleaning up at a hospital.

Yes -- they're too unaware, amotivated, and/or aqualified.
I don't mean to imply that stealing from a pharmacy or hospital is safe; it's probably rather risky. But it is VERY COMMON. There was a study I saw from the Journal of the American Pharmaceutical Association estimating that 25% of pharmacists have at some point diverted prescription drugs from their pharmacy w/o a prescription. Similarly it seems a LOT of nurses, and probably doctors, occasionally help themselves to the contents of the controlled substances cabinet.
Didn't Phreex use to tell a story about snagging from a pharmacy? Sure he will have a colorful story to tell....

You don't exactly need your PhD to be a pharamacy tech. My sister was a pharmacy tech when she was 16. There are some fairly resourceful people on this board who would be more than willing to work at CVS if they could easily score pills.
I also know a couple pharmacists as well as a few people who are currently in school for pharmacy. All of these people have much told me the same thing... it is NOT worth risking all the work they've done to score a few free pills. If they really want them they'd go buy them. It isn't the easiest profession to get into or advance in. You'd have to be stupid to risk all that hard work just to steal pills.
It isn't impossible or even unlikely, it just isn't worth it.

I don't have the slightest idea as to how you would go about stealing from the pharmacy you work for. But from the tone of your question, I can certainly offer you a nickels worth of free advice. If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing it. I'm surprised this thread hasn't been locked yet, as it should. Bluelight is not in place to promote criminal activity like stealing from your employer.

I'm locking this one, Phreex - if you decide you want to re-open it be my guest.
