Ok. So im on Ritalin, i took around 126mg today. I was coming down, so i decided to have a little wine. I had 8 glasses, without really realizing how much i had drank. I dont feel drunk at all, thats why im worried, am i going to be okay? I have a low alcohol tolerance (6 glasses gets me drunk, 8 and im usually reaaaaly fucked up)

You usualy wont be able to feel drunk like normal on speeds like ritalin and amphetamines. It just adds a little extra buzz to the speed and since your extremely focused its hard to get disoriented. you shouldnt be worried unless you start actually feeling bad like your heart or breathing doing weird things. i probably wouldnt drink anymore tho itll dehydrate you and you'll have a bad hangover.

Actually alcohol enhances the stimulant effects of ritalin. Alcohol and methylphenidate metabolize to ethylyphenidate when consumed simultaneously, which not only inhibits dopamine/epinephrine reuptake stronger than methylphenidate does, but is also a dopamine/norepinephrine releaser. Happy crashing, coming down from an alc+mph binge is even more awful than mph alone...

Alright its been about 2 hours. Im not feeling drunk but im not feeling the Ritalin. Im also not crashing. I just feel weird :(

One more thing, can i drink like 2 more glasses since its been 2 hours or should i just avoid it?

No, please don't drink any more, especially since you've already had more alcohol than you normally would. It's not a safe mix and it's an especially bad idea to drink more than usual.

That is true that alcohol and Ritalin combined metabolize to ethylphenidate. But methylphenidate (and stimulants in general) does block the perceivable effects of the alcohol as well. Alcohol can also raise methylphenidate blood levels. You may not feel drunk when you drink while taking Ritalin, although you might suddenly feel the alcohol when the Ritalin wears off. Although it's unclear to me if ethylphenidate is actually stronger than methylphenidate, according to the studies I've read ethylphenidate has a near-identical dopaminergic pharmacodynamic profile and has significantly less activity on the norepinephrine transporter [source] - where did you read it was a dopamine/norepinephrine releaser?
