If you leave a tested pill to sit, will color change?

I tested these

About a half hour ago, the test went deep purple very fast, and remained so for at least five minutes. I just went back to look, and now the pieces of pill that remain appear greenish, and there is almost a swampy green look to the edges...

I'm assuming this is just because it sat for so long and the acid probably just had time to react with the pills dyes, (Purple).

Can anyone confirm? Or should I be worried about some trace BS RCs?

Thanks

It's advisable to discount any color change occuring after the first few minutes. I assume the reagent used was Marquis?
