Not sure what you mean? PMA shows up as red on Mandelin, MDMA as dark blue so if the test comes up red then obviously you don't take it. However I imagine the dark blue might drown out a small bit of PMA thus rendering the test pretty useless.

source? I've never heard the mandelin detects PMA from anywhere aside from place es that sell kits. Tests for ketamine though.
