If you could only live with 2 drugs?

maybe he meant analogue? i am lost

An 'unnatural isomer' is an isomer of a substance that does not occur naturally in nature. An easy to explain example of this is D-DOPA. L-DOPA is the levorotory (left handed) enantiomer of DOPA. It occurs naturally in the body and is one of the main (and very important) precursors to Dopamine. D-DOPA, the dextrorotory enantiomer of DOPA is not produced naturally within the human body and is not 'bioconverted' into Dopamine like L-DOPA is.

DextroDOPA is an 'unnatural isomer' of DOPA because it's not produced naturally in nature and does not serve any purpose in biological function.

Good explanation, thank you. I was thinking unnatural as meaning unintended which of course makes no sense. I'm a little less dumb now.

opioids, benzodiazepines

if i had to pick one from each it would be Oxymorphone (although i live in the EU and therefore have never tried it, but it just sounds like heaven) and nimetazepam/flunitrazepam/triazolam/brotizolam (one of the strong hypnotic benzos).

I've noticed a lot of the cats on here that have been through years of opioid, cocaine, and benzo addictions, seemed to have run through all the pro's and con's of different compounds and it seems like it always comes to: MARIJUANA AND KETAMINE!

Haha I really am thinking hard about this one and, *arylcyclohexylamine of choice* + cannabis is perfection.
