yeah, happy WILL be hard to find at first. Just be easy on yourself and try not to expect to much from you. Its a slow, gradual process that starts showing rewards in tiny little spurts at first.

After a bit, the emotions stop being so up/down, sleeping patterns become normal and you'll start recognizing that your efforts are paying off. It IS an effort though, but well worth it.

Wait a sec.... didn't I hint earlier that I wanted a Oreo McFlurry!?!?!? lol

Also, you will start developing a REAL nasty craving for sweets! ;)
