I got some old subbies which date back to 2007 and they have turned yellowish somewhat. Does that mean they wont work? I also have Subutex which is dated 2009 and its still whitish, so I assume they will work? if medicines turn yellowish does it mean they have completely deteriorated?..

The Subbies are in blister pack in a kitchen cupboard where its dry and cool.

It's probably just the oxygen in the air doing this...I would worry slightly, however, that your meds may not be adequate for consumption anylonger...If you're lucky, they might have just lost a small amount of potency.

i think the potency may definitely be off...it might not be as strong as it once was...however drugs usually never go completely bad.

as far as expiration dates on RX pills, disregard them i have taken xanax that had an expiration date of 2008, and i took them in 2012, the only thing i noticed was ther tablets were fading
