I'm probably going to go to hell for this, but I was bored so I decided to write a detailed step-by-step instruction manual on how to crush and snort Oxycontin.
I use this method because I'm using on the go. I'm a smoker, so when I'm out and about with my Oxy, I usually always have my lighter and at least a dollar on me... lol. Enjoy!

1) Place pill on hard surface such as a counter top. Make sure the surface is purely solid or you'll lose some of the pill in cracks, crevices, etc. This should be common sense.
2) Take a regular Bic lighter and with the plain side down towards the pill (not the side with the sticker on it) place the lighter on top of the pill and push down hard, but NOT fast. You can have soft and hard pills depending on how "fresh" they are and if you have a hard pill and crush it too quickly, some of the pieces could fly off. I've done this before, not cool. (Tip: Try to leverage your fingers on the surface you're doing this on so you can control the pressure as you push the lighter down, remember: SLOW = GOOD, FAST = BAD)
3) Crush the pill so that there are NO big chunks left. At this point it might look like salt a little bit and not so much like a pure powder, like cocaine. Take your lighter and turn it on it's side so that the red "tongue" of the lighter is facing down and the metal shield is facing up. Now, use the lighter and spread the powder out a little bit. Once the powder is slightly spread around continue to use the side of the lighter to crush it all even more. This part should take you no more than 40 seconds depending on your attention to detail. As you do it more often, you should be able to do this part fairly quickly.
4) Once it's crushed to your satisfaction, use the lighter to scoop/pull the powder into one big pile. You may notice leftover residue where you were crushing the pill, don't worry we'll get this later. Make sure you use the outside of your index finger and gently brush off any powder that may be left on the lighter. Now you can put the lighter away.
5) Next, take out a credit card (or any card like a credit card. It can't be soft and make sure it has no slits along the outer edge, like some licenses do.) Some people would recommend a razor blade at this point, but seriously... who carries razor blades on them? With your credit card in hand, angle it so that the very edge of the card is flat on the surface you're working on. At this point you're going to scoop all the residue left over into the main pile. Go all around the pile, scooping left, right, up, down, etc... When all is said and done you should have little to no residue left over and a nice pile of powder.
6) Now, with your credit card you're going to start cutting the powder much like you would with cocaine. Shouldn't take you more than a minute the first few times you do this, but make sure you cut it well. This is the stage where you'll break up any remaining "balls" (or clumps) of powder. When you've cut to where you're satisfied, repeat step 5 and scoop it all back into a pile.
7) At this stage you can do a few things. I personally prefer to snort the powder when it's in a pile, as I don't really like making lines. But if you prefer, you can take the card and make a line with the powder for you to snort. You could even cut the pile in half and do one big bump in each nostril. Your choice at this point.
8 ) Next, take a dollar bill (I prefer hundreds... muwhahaha!) and roll it up. Depending on how well you can snort Oxy, I would recommend doing a loose roll so that the tube, if you will, is fairly big. I like the bill to fill my nostril. But again, this is all preference and you can either have a loose roll or a tight roll depending on how you like the delivery of the Oxy into your nose.
9) Once you got your rolled up bill and your pile/line of powder, choose a nostril and stick the bill up there about half way. If you're using a material such as paper, watch out for the corners of the paper cutting the inside of your nose (this is why we use dollars, they're softer). Also, don't use anything that the Oxy could stick to, like plastic.
10) Once the bill is in place, plug your other nostril with your free hand, take a deep breath, exhale it out, line up the bill with the powder and inhale through your nose like never before!
Congratulations, you're now an expert at snorting shit.
