Ice Cubes inside a Waterfall

Hey I just made a new waterfall out of a cranberry juice bottle and it has a really wide mouth and sucks in the smoke pretty good, the only problem is it hits really harsh for some reason so I was thinking maybe I could put some ice cubes inside the bottle along with water to cool the smoke as the ice would still stay in and melt a little bit so refilling would be easier. Anyone ever try this?

ive done this many times in the summer time when its really hot. the ice makes the fall pull nicely and it might make the hit smoother but it might just be a placebo effect, haha either way its fun times

I think I'll try it, I have no idea why the smoke is so harsh, on my old waterfall which was a 2L pop bottle I could take the whole thing if I really tried but this one just makes me want to hack, I think it may be hitting the bowl too hard maybe I'll cover the hole a little bit.

Yea ice helps a lot, when your smoking bongs and shit. So I would go with yes, but its not like you have anything to lose, you will notice you can fuckin rip that thing to with how smooth it goes down.

Put a bowl on the cap of a bottle, put a small hole near the bottom of the bottle, fill bottle with water covering hole, light herb and let the hole go, water drains and smoke pours in. After this unscrew cap twirl the water around to cool smoke and suck in.

One of my friends had a bong that was specialy made with a twist in the middle so you could put ice cubes in and they wouldn't fall into the water, so the smoke went through the water, and then through the ice cubes, which really cooled it down, twas a very nice ice bong...
So yea, some ice might help... give it a try and tell us how it went...
