Ok Ive looked everywhere for this information and it doesnt seem to be a very known topic. Theres one extraction that I was able to find on Lycaeum(http://leda.lycaeum.org/?ID=16151) Has anyone tried this personally? I know it isnt going to be as pure a a trip due to the other alkaloids in the Star Jasmine but it would still be really interesting to try seeing as how ibogaine isnt very easily obtainable. If anyone else finds info on it post it up. Perferably the alkaloid contents by percentage that would give you an guess on how much you should use because ibogaine doses need to be right.

Not exactly the sort of thing most of us are into. There's not a whole lot of talk on ibogaine-type drugs. Not sure why.mad_scientist

Umm you did realise that extraction starts from 50 kilos of dried Star Jasmine stems and leaves? Thats not a very high percentage of ibogaine...like sure its a very interesting compound, and Star Jasmine is certainly a much more common plant than the usual sources for ibogaine, but it just sounds like more trouble than its worth to me...

I have always wanted to try an extraction of ibo (and just to get my hands on some aswell). I completely forgot about it for a few months until this thread. Thanks for reminding me!

Bulk star jasmine might not be super hard to find, though. I know Tabernaemontana orientalis is fairly easy to get online, as a live plant. I have a *beautiful* specimen at my house.
