totach: Whereabouts in the world are you? I'm in Europe myself and the provider that I did my flood with has a good source of high quality iboga. I'm thinking about flooding on my own too, but I think having someone to guide the experience is good too. This woman that I flooded with, she says on her website that shes "sensitive" and can guide the ceremony. I think what she meant by that is shes psychic so she can guide trips the same way shamans do. They played self hypnosis tracks during the ceremony too, I think that really helped. Usually I'm immune to hypnosis, but I think on iboga the suggestions go through. I've ordered iboga from a Dutch vendor but in the future I'm just going to get it through the people who I flooded with because they are 100% trustworthy and they make sure they have high quality iboga for their ceremonies.
simco: That old saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" is one of those silly sayings that gets mistaken for wisdom. If something seems too good to be true, thats just because its outside the scope of your paradigm. Something really magical happened me during this ceremony, I'm still kinda questioning it because before the ceremony it would have seemed beyond the realms of possibility, for something this good to happen. But thinking about it rationally, it all makes perfect sense that this could happen. I'm a deeply good person, but before the ceremony I only focused on the negative aspects of myself so I believed that I didn't deserve for good things to happen to me. This is exactly what iboga cures, it cures our negative beliefs. I only travelled about 3 hours (1 plane and 1 train) to get to this ceremony and the ceremony only cost €450. That is nothing, what iboga did for me, you can't put a price on that. I don't trust the providers that charge ridiculous amounts like over $1000, most people who seek iboga do so because they are suffering so badly that they have no other options. Thats something sacred and any real healer will want to make iboga affordable for everyone.
