absolute bullshit
poppy seed tea is very highly variable (poppyseeds not QAd for alkaloid content) making it a major source of dosage fuckups. lots of
people have died because they brewed poppyseed tea and consumed what they thought was a "normal" dose for them only to end up taking 10x too much opioid. you have to be insanely careful with PST and be sure to always consume it very slowly, and never rely on any published figures for dosage because you can get sick quite easily.
as for "not addictive", the main alkaloid in PST is
morphine among other alkaloids typically seen in opium. saying it is "like a milder version of codeine" is a total understatement. "proper" poppy seed tea is just as addictive as taking laudanum or eating opium on a regular basis. especially if you are consuming it as an intoxicant.
