So there's 2 guys I have had this kind of encounter with and I have contacted all I can without seeming desperate. This is a big deal as I am a 37 year old female divorcee. Guys tend to think I want a relationship. Although I do look a lot younger than my age. The problem is I am just not getting a fast enough response. Lol...Less than a week for each...both seemed interested in a future encounter. One is 33 and one is 36. Did I do something wrong? The other problem is I have another friend who claims to be in love with me and parks out on my couch for days on end. He's also my ex bf and dealer. So I am only free 3 to 4 days at a time ...that's the most I can keep him away. SO I need ppl who will respond quickly...Perhaps I should be casting a wider net? What do you guys think (besides me being a huge slut)?
 
what do you mean by "not responding"? are they staying in touch but not showing interest in getting together, or are they not replying to calls/texts altogether?
 
You have to give it some time. If you've been in touch with either of these two guys since you hooked up there's definitely a very good chance it'll turn into something more. It's only been a week, be patient!
 
Most men will do a LOT to get laid. haha

My friend at work I used to talk about a few months ago told me a story where this girl called him at like 4am and he jumped up, hit his head really hard and fell. He was in pain, but it didn't stop him from getting his ass out and going over her house to get laid. lol

Cast a wider net, by all means. If they're taking too long to respond, get out there and find others!!

Yeah I've got a couple FWB at the moment and I didn't even try with either of them. Honestly they just keep calling back and I expect that's what'll happen with your guys if they're still in touch OP. Bear in mind it'so nly been a week and both parties are probably trying to hold off a bit so as to not seem pushy.
 
Hmmm...a lot to think about. I guess I should give it some time. One of them didn't even really count because we were FWB in high school.

you have a low opinion of yourself. Stop it.

I reckon you need to realize people are busy. Your ex - if you are talking about "keeping him away" you need to find a backbone and tell him politely (or not-depends on his behaviour) to fuck off.

Regarding fuck buddies? Well, fuck someone. End of. If you're not liking waiting for a response, go fuck someone you meet at a bar, after a screening indepth chat. Go dancing - find someone whose dancing you really like and then take it from there...go out looking for what you want, with no expectations, having a good time and YOU WILL GET IT ;)
