So I rememberer a few weeks back or less someone posted something asking if using a nasal spray decongestant would decrease the effectiveness of an opiate via nasal administration? because it shrinks the blood vessels in the nose? I was really interested in it but I forgot to check back to see if anyone gave an answer.

Hrm....searching the site for 'nasal decongestant' within the last 3 months only shows 10 posts, surely you could have figured out from that short list that you were after this thread?
