Sounds like a chance of precipitated withdrawal to me. Suboxone, being a partial agonist with a higher affinity for opi receptors will kick the hydro off n attach itself, and since it's a partial it doesn't have all the same attributes as a full agonist and can cause precip w/ds tho I'm not sure if it's only when your dependent or the specifics of that. You should UTFSE to find out more.
