Misc I think I need some help or I might die

Ok, so heres the story: After I got out of the military I met up with an old friend of mine who was into herion. I joined in using it for many months, eventually leading to IV use. One day the guy we went to for the dope had some killer stuff. It was pretty much a 3.5g straight up pure rock. So I began shooting dope and coke together(speed ball). Except when I did this, which occured over a long period at time I would waaaaaayyy over dose the coke. When the over dose occured I didn't get a pain in my chest it just felt as something was different and I had to slouch a little to make it feel alright. I also was unable to keep from moving, there was far too much energy to rest. At this time I also felt many 'pops' inside my head. Which I would really like to know what that is as if you asked me it would e a ministroke, but my mental capacity is unaffected. At the moment I am out of money to buy realy drugs so I've taken some diphenhydramine(benedryl), started out with 300mg, then half an hour later I consiumed 150mg and in another half a hour I did the same, so thats a total of 600mg. I am tripping on this, butt not too hard, like I did yesterday where I was talking to people who weren't there and thinking I saw them, nothing like this tonight. But, I am getting shooting pains all over my body and at times sharp pains, not to mention that the tips of the fingers on my right hand are going numb. I also took600mg of ibuprofen. It's kind of unsettaling, I wouldreally like to know what it is and who else has had this experience.

Do you have access to suboxone? I suggest you get on suboxone ASAP, or go to the hospital if you need to. Opiate withdrawal is no joke, and often times needs to be done under supervision. If you really want to stick this out and can't get suboxone, you should load up on immodium. It will drastically reduce the physical side effects of the opiates. Drink a ton of fluid, you will quickly dehydrate from the shits, and the sweats. Eat easy to digest stuff like apple sauce and yogurt. But seriously don't hesitate to get medical help if you feel your health is in danger.

Edit: And lay off the diphenhydramine. It does nothing to stop withdrawal, and won't put you to sleep when you're kicking hardcore. It is nowhere near powerful enough, large doses will just make you delirious, and even more uncomfortable.

Regarding the coke, it would've killed you already if you it was to kill you at all. No-one can post "I way overdosed the coke, will I die?" because a lethal coke OD kills within seconds or minutes.

Right now what he is saying is probably a mix of fear and paranoia from the withdrawals, and delusional thinking from the insanely high doses of diphenhydramine.

If you feel like you're in danger, you should go to a hospital or see a doctor. There isn't any way we can provide a medical diagnosis on with any degree of reliability.

Worrying and being paranoid can make symptoms worse, so hopefully nothing is wrong. With your pattern of drug use, though, I'd suggest seeing a doctor anyway just to get yourself checked out in general.
