Well! I'm proud to say I took a leap & signed up for outpatient treatment today.
Gave them my info & I'm on waitlist. 2 months max. Gotta call tomorrow to get a better time estimate of when they will bring me on.
Ill be getting on subs & going to group 3 hours a day 3 times a week & one individual counseling session a week..
I'm nervous, excited, scared & happy..
i have no idea what to expect. Just wanted to share, wish me luck!!
