i need your help

do i take advantage of the full time off, 5 days, due to injury and quit, after stabilizing at 30mg, or take another day off, giving me only 4 days to be sick, but taking that extra day to settle down to 15mg?
drug in question : 7oh
the injury unfortunately is real and extremely painful.

but this is it

ive been using since the 11th of may. daily 7oh getting up to 90 mg doses about three or four times a day. now im at 30 mg doses four times a day. a huge amount of 7oh. but the good news is that id planned on getting clean by july 4, independence day, now i get to have four or five days to do it, comfortably, at home, with no commitments. i mean its a dream come true. an opportunity whose weight i know i can ascend to. ive tested the water. the gap is there. the little space between the muscles where the knife can slice right through. the weekend where instead of luxuriating in pure opiate bliss, i can get down om some real pain and suffering, put this withdrawal in the rear view, and get back to the grit and struggle of actually living a real and difficult life

Then I think of your pain,I've hurt but no chronic ,just plain deep pain.I hurt every day kinda,but not in comparison too many.So is that 7 oh very relieving? Say just take it when your family or something is in dire pain? I will research,feel for you. The sick will go away,hang tough.You know
