I need to pass a drug test tomorrow! Help!

Hi, I have a drug test tomorrow and I stupidly did some supposedly pure MDMA yesterday... I'm thinking about telling them I took Sudaffed and used a vics inhaler... What do you guys think the odds of them believing me are? until my test I'm going to try drinking lots of water exercising and taking b vitamin complex (to make my pee yellow again). Any help is highly appreciated.
