Hi, I suffer from strong Blue field entoptic phenomenon after one night of 250mg of 4-FA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_...:Blue_field_entoptic_phenomenon_animation.gif) it's like this but there is black and white dot, i see this shit all the time it cover my visual field wherever i am except in dark place ..
Got Visual Snow as well but it dont bother me at all.


I can't accept it, it distract me everytime, i can't relax, i can't be happy, it make me suicidal .. I'm staying in my dark room all the day ..


Please give me some hope about this shit ..

There isn't pretty much anything else to do than to get used to it and hope it will disappear after a while when ceasing all drug use if you really are suffering HPPD related visual problems.

How long it has been bothering you?

My GF has had some visual distortions after a drug use that sound like really irritating ones and she has got through them as the time has went on.

I'll ask her to get on this topic.

Since 4 February, i didnt touch any drug, eat healthy asf, lift 4 time a week, but it didnt make any change. I take many supp too
Omega 3, Lion's mane, multivitamin etc ...

i am the GF in question. Or actually been promoted to fiancee in the meantime.

4-FA has especially gave me problems and I have been trying to not touch it recently. It took about 8 months of abstinence from all psych, stims and so on for my vision to heal totally. I didn't pay notice to floaters finally.

i have found it best to not take any substance if some HPPD like symptoms start to appear.

hopefully you'll get your vision sorted out soon <3
