Glad it never happened but if it did it would be rightfully right?

Oh yeah. Majority of states have castle doctrines, including Texas which is where I live. We also have a "No duty to retreat" aka " stand your ground". So yeah it would have been very easy to Justify shooting me. Alrhough probably only 120lbs soaking wet at the time, I was a desperate junkie with no regard for my life.
But that's my past. Well at least the crime and junkie status is.
