Not just while I am logged in either. Using google, a lot of my best hits are posted on this site.

Watch out as this thread might get haters.....there are two kinds of bluelighters---real people with real lives who dedicate their freetime to helping to free minds and spreading knowledge--and people who flame, troll, put people down.

Good compliment though as this site seems to help google answer tons of hard to answer questions.

Its also a reminder that people outside of this community are watching us, even if they are not participating....Nor just law enforcement either, but people who might need advice.

Keep it relevant to harm reduction.

I've many times googled something because it came up in a thread here only to find the top match on google to be the thread I was reading.

I lurked here a long time before I signed up for an account. After a while I decided to sign up because of the amount of useful information that I found here. Most anything I posted about drugs into google... bluelight was the first site that popped up. Alot of people are getting help without even posting. It's a good thing especially in the spirit of harm reduction. :)

i used to go on the site often before it signed up for it, i'd use it to find out more specific info on drugs or use it to see other's thoughts on certain drug/drug topics/drug ideas and there was a lot of great info.

now i'm on BL usually in the mornings when i don't have anything to do and i do try to provide harm reducing info on stuff i know about(although i'm not the most responsible drug user :\).

there is a lot of nice people on BL who share my drug interests and have a good sense of humor, theres also a lot of people who know the "science" of drugs and they have a lot to teach.

however theres also annoying people who are too quick to tell you that you're wrong when i actually had to correct them on their completely wrong info. theres also people who don't have a sense of humor about things or can't see that i simply posted an opinion. some people just need to chill out.

theres also people who post some of the stupidest things like smoking benzos, downing a bottle of benedryl, shooting ritalin, or other dumbass ideas.

but mostly i'd say the positives of being on BL are i've learned a few things, asked a few good questions/had some interesting ideas, met other friendly drug users, shared opinions(peacefully), got some help/support on some real problems(my girlfriend's past overly self destructive behavior), and have had a little fun telling about some of my crazy drug experiences.

i have learned from this site on both recreational and medicinal drug use and enjoy communicating with other drug enthusiasts.

My Ketamine Beginners Guide I made for Drug FAQ's will always show up on Google. I'm proud of it because it was accepted by a mod and made into 13 (or something) pages. I was smart back then when I made that. I can just see my brain cells dying as I see my posts getting dumber and dumber over time like this one.

Nuf rambling. I'm just glad I made a permanent contribution to BL

wait you made that FAQ?

that was the very first FAQ on BL i read, i found it quite interesting as i enjoy ketamine very much. it had a lot of good info.

i never thought to look at the FAQ creator, although when i first read it i wasn't a member of BL.

I was a small time lurker for a while with just basic drug questions..
Then when I started to develop sleeping troubles I looked here for some information.
As my condition got worse I began to get more interested in really understanding the heart of my problem. Thus I started an account here and started to learn a lot of great information.

Both Stay Sedated and K'd Out are people whose posts I enjoy reading. I look forward to reading bluelight as a way to help myself by gaining new insight into sleeping issues, but also to give back and help others.
